Drummer, bandleader, composer and arranger, Evan Sherman has played all over the world with the likes of James Moody, Branford Marsalis, Wynton Marsalis, Ron Carter, Roy Hargrove, and Jon Batiste. In 2014, he formed Evan Sherman Big Band, a 16-piece group for which he writes and arranges, of up-and-coming young lions alongside a rotating cast of seasoned veterans.
