Widely known as a foundational member of the Dave Brubeck Quartet\, Wright enjoyed a multi-decade career as a performer\, educator\, and ambassador of goodwill around the world. Playing the Senator’s beloved bass\, immortalized on Brubeck’s “Take Five” recording\, Boller explores the seminal artist’s original repertoire\, as well as music from his storied career as a steadfast collaborator. Boller’s quartet\, comprising fellow Roy Hargrove Quintet alumni who appear on his new release SPACE\, will feature special guest\, master vibraphonist Steve Nelson for this one-night event. Sets at 7:30 and 9:30pm.
